Shipping Information
All orders are processed and shipped from our Belmar, NJ location within ? hours of the order being placed for all items in stock. Any back order or special order items will be shipped as they are made or received. All packages will be sent signature required unless otherwise requested. If the signature is waived the customer will assume all responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. For larger packages the shipping charge may need to be altered and we will contact you at the time of shipping for any additional charges.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.
Returns/Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on all items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at info@barehandsartisans.com, and we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within ? days of delivery. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.

Handmade Items
As with all handmade items, please be aware that slight differences from the listing photo in color, dimensions, or silhouette may occur. We consider these natural variations a beautiful part of the process, and hope you will enjoy your truly one-of-a-kind, handmade purchases.
