When will my item ship and how long will it take to arrive?

If the item is in stock, BHA ships out twice a week (and sometimes more). Generally, it takes 5-7 business days from date of shipments to arrive.

Are you items food safe?

All Tableware items are food safe and we recommend you hand-wash with care; although they are dishwasher safe too.

My items arrived cracked, what do I do?

How often do you add more items?

New pieces are added to the SHOP every week. To stay up-to-date on our latest additions, be sure to follow us on Instagram.

How long does a pre-order take?

Once you receive confirmation email from your pre-order inquiry, depending upon the quantity and item, we will a email you a timeline of expected delivery (typically, a pre-order items takes 3-4 weeks).

Do you make custom orders?

Can I make my own pottery?

Yes, BareHands Artisans is a Collective Fine Arts Studio which allows the public to take Classes and Workshops onsite at our studio in Belmar, NJ. For a list of our current schedule, click here.
