Return Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on all items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at info@barehandsartisans.com, and we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 3 days of delivery. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.

Handmade Items

As with all handmade items, please be aware that slight differences from the listing photo in color, dimensions, or silhouette may occur. We consider these natural variations a beautiful part of the process, and hope you will enjoy your truly one-of-a-kind, handmade purchases.
