Policies and Procedures
Please read BareHands Artisans' policies and procedures carefully before registering for Classes, Workshops, or Events.
Registration
BareHands Artisans offers online and offline registration. Online registration is preferred as studio hours vary. If you are registering for more than one class/workshop/event, or multiple students, please CLICK "REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT" on your registration confirmation window. This is a one-click step that makes your BHA experience hassle-free!
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your registration, this must be done on your confirmation email OR by emailing info@barehandsartisans.com at least 48 hours prior to start date. Phone calls and voicemails are not acceptable for cancellations.
Payments
Payment must be made in full for all online registrations via credit/debit card.
Behavior
BareHands Artisans reserves the right to dismiss any student for inappropriate behavior.
Photo and Video
BareHands Artisans will occasionally document classes and student work using photography and video for promotional purposes only. If you do not wish yourself or your child to be photographed, please notify the BareHands Artisans in writing. We respect your privacy.
Personal Property
BareHands Artisans is not responsible for artwork and other property left on the premises and has no liability if such property is lost, stolen, or damaged, except in instances when artwork is displayed in a gallery exhibition and insurance coverage is in place.
Permission Forms
For all students under the age of 18, a completed and signed permission form must be submitted to BareHands Artisans no later than 48 hours prior to start time. Permission forms will be emailed directly to registration email on file.
Refunds and Missed Classes
All class/workshop/events sales are non-refundable or transferable. Missed class times cannot be made up due to our dynamic/short term scheduling.
