Kids Freedom Weaving Workshop

Ages: 8 and up
Kids Freedom Weaving is 2-hour one day after-school workshop where students will be taught the basics of the ancient art of weaving on a loom. With creative freedom and guidance throughout each class, each student will complete their very own wall tapestry.
This class is suitable for a beginner or a child with experience for they will be encouraged to put their own individual spin on the art work they are creating. Vivid colors, different textures, and common color sequences/planning will be a focus to teach the kids to visualize what they want to make. We feel this class series is beauty in the making! All materials will be provided.
Please bring a snack and drink each session (no peanut products)
Max 10 students
Studio use of looms per student. All weaving materials provided (various colors texture ribbon etc.) driftwood for hanging
